Founded in 1969, CESO Aboriginal Services is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to working with Aboriginal businesses, organizations and communities across Canada. We have a talent bank of more than 3,500 volunteers who have expertise in over 150 professional and management areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Available to any Canadian status or Non Status Indian, Métis and Inuit individual or group.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to assist Aboriginal communities and business of Canada to achieve greater self-sufficiency and growth. To support Aboriginal Peoples in achieving self-sufficiency and self-determination, our objectives are:

  • To transfer skills and knowledge
  • To best utilize the experience and expertise of CESO Volunteer Advisers (VAs)
  • To develop needed products and services
  • To accumulate and disseminate knowledge of best practices
  • To provide accessible and cost-effective services

How much do we cost?
An application fee of $150.00 and costs such as the Adviser's travel, lodging and meals, workshop materials and a minimal administrative fee. This will be discussed once you have submitted your application form.
